Helm is delighted to see the Home Group Cumbria workplace project shortlisted in the Projects up to 2,500m² category at this year’s BCO Regional Awards.

The scheme delivers flexible open-plan workspace for 73 staff across two buildings, alongside meeting spaces, wellbeing facilities and a vibrant work café designed to support different ways of working.

The shortlisting is a fantastic recognition of the collaborative effort behind the project and the shared commitment to creating a workplace that supports both people and culture.

Helm was proud to work alongside Home Group, Ryder Architecture and contractor Ultimate Group on the project.
