Today marks an important moment in Helm’s journey as we congratulate Ian Muxworthy on his well earned retirement and celebrate Paul Bevan stepping into the role of Managing Director.

That transition has seen Paul effectively leading the business day today for the past 18 months, working closely under Ian’s guidance to ensure continuity, stability, and momentum. This has been a deliberate journey - one that reflects our commitment to long-term vision rather than short-term change. Paul has been instrumental in shaping Helm into the business it is today - steadfast, people focused, and driven by quality in everything we do.

His guidance over the past five years, particularly through our structured succession planning and the challenges and opportunities the industry has faced has been invaluable.
