Project management for Tombola, the UK's leading online bingo provider. Following the success of our previous role during the construction of Tombola’s new UK headquarters in 2019, the team were appointed to manage the refurbishment of the Roseline Building, Tombola’s former HQ at their Sunderland Campus.

Refurbishment to the Roseline Building continues the regeneration of Wylam Wharf following the recent completion of phase one, Tombola House. We worked alongside Ryder Architecture to deliver a design that transformed the five-storey building into a modern working environment. Inspiration from the site’s unique riverside location and rich history resulted in features such as break out areas in projecting windows; reminding us of a time past when dock workers used the openings to operate rudimentary pulleys. The building provides office space, meeting rooms, training spaces and flexible collaborative break-out areas, all in a Grade II listed building. Forming an integral part of the Tombola Campus, the building completed in Autumn 2021.
