Project management for the renovation of a large detached 1920’s house in Gosforth. The project management team worked closely with the client through the sale, organising surveys and ensuring early engagement with the right team of professional consultants. With an exceptional eye for design, the client was heavily involved in the project from the outset, selecting their own colour palette and furnishings.

The project management team worked closely with CK21 Structural Engineers, JDDK Architecture and DP builders to realise the client’s vision of a large family space to the rear of the property, requiring careful planning and substantial structural alterations.

The kitchen and reception rooms were both reconfigured to create an impressive family space that takes advantage of the uninterrupted views across Nuns Moor (North) from the rear of the property.

The scope of works for the interiors was specific for each room, bespoke panelling and built-in bookcases were designed to add character to the drawing room and dining room. The client had clear design intentions with their guest washroom to create a Venetian Vibe.

The large master en suite bathroom was redesigned to accommodate the unusual floor space which had previously been disconnected. A statement monochrome wallcovering with a delicate design mirroring rolling skies was selected to create a bold, yet understated feature.

The back door leads to the boot room and utility room which have been fully fitted with bespoke storage. Luxurious finishing touches were added to the space with the use of ebony cupboard doorknobs, leather pull handles and painted timer wall panelling.

The attention to detail throughout every area of the home has created a real sense of luxury.
